Alex Cornu

Alex Cornu is the Founder and Director of L6S4ALL Consulting Inc. and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with more than 26 years of experience helping organizations improve performance, build internal capability, and deliver measurable business results.
Throughout his career, Alex has led enterprise improvement, operational excellence, and Lean Six Sigma capability-building initiatives across financial services, energy, and manufacturing. He has worked with recognized organizations including TD Bank, American Express, Ontario Power Generation, Ford Motor Credit Company, IBM, and Raymond James.
Alex has designed, led, and delivered Lean Six Sigma training and certification programs across White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, and Master Black Belt levels. He has also taught Advanced Lean Six Sigma Techniques at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies.
